I am definitely a plantser. I have a general idea of the plot in my head, but my characters often take on a life on their own and surprise me.

I love plotting stories! If I'm bogged down by drafting I enjoy planning another story.

I'm a plotter. I don't need all the details down to the itty bitty piece, but I need my scenes laid out in an orderly fashion. The story might change as I go, but I need that plotline document to get going - usually I do have a very few stories that just started out and went their own way!

I'm a binging plantser. I go for long times not writing anything and then just barf out a lot into the document. I have at best a loose plan but rely on writing into the dark (pantsing) to fill in the rest and maybe alter the end results.

Definitely lean more toward pantsing, but I do have big picture items in mind whenever I write.
